From his start as a master instructor in the Air Force to leading multiple aircraft maintenance schools as an instructor, supervisor and director, Steve has dedicated his career to training the next generation of aviation professionals. His goal is simple but ambitious: to build the best aviation training school in the country, and now the next-generation concept of an aerospace school dedicated to the up-and-coming space industry.

Over the years, Steve has taught or mentored thousands of students, many of whom now work across all sectors of aviation—from commercial airlines to spacecraft contractors and even NASA. Known for his ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand lessons, Steve’s impact is felt not only in the classroom, but across the industry through the success of his graduates.
